Drawing from my life-long journey with medical rehabilitation, I explore themes of recovery, acceptance, and discovery in my art. As a person with a neuromuscular disability, I find that digital design is an art form that allows me space for imagination & creativity.
My art is an extension of my writing, and my work explores the interplay of words and imagery.
I like working with a bold color palette and with a font that reflects natural handwriting.
All my prints start with a frame of color, representing my worldview:
We each come from unique contexts of time, place, and history.
