WORKSHOPS/OFFERINGS
TEACHING/PRESENTATIONS & CREATIVE COACHING
I am a mental health educator who presents widely on coping, wellness, resiliency, and emotional regulation. I have presented lectures on (PFA) Psychological first aid and evidence-based coping skill-focused models such as CBT, DBT, IPT, CFT, ACT, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Exposure, and Resiliency. I am a frequent presenter for NYU SSW, NASW-NYC, NASW-NYS, and the Hunter College SSW CE program. My teaching style is active and interactive, and I bring ideas to life through inter-modal expressive tools. Contact me for a consultation to best meet the needs of your organization.
I also offer individual creativity coaching sessions as a multi-sensory processing tool for problem-solving, self-expansion, and personal growth. CLINICAL SUPERVISION
I offer clinical supervision to mental health professionals. I am a narrative, trauma-informed integrative, intermodal supervision. I specialize in evidence-based approaches; I practice and academically teach CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT, BBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology, and I am also EMDR trained. My clinical approach integrates expressive arts and principles of neuroscience. Integrative therapy, to be effective, needs to be thoughtful and applied with cultural humility interjectionally across each person's unique identity. I also offer expressive arts supervision to REAT's, Creative Arts Therapists, and Expressive Arts consultations.

Monthly EXPRESSIVE ARTS PLAY Classes
LEARN MORE ABOUT THE EXPRESSIVE ARTS
- Inner artistry is not limited to the stage; cultivating it can be a coping resource to bring hope to daily life. In my classes, we embark on an exploratory journey through movement, music, imagination, visual processing, and writing. My arts specialization is using expressive arts as a multi-sensory processing tool for problem-solving, self-expansion, and personal growth.
- Expressive Arts Therapies are an evidence-based discipline of helping and healing that anchors the arts as a basis for discovery and change. All five fields of expressive arts - visual, dance/movement, music, drama/theater, and writing/poetry - can offer health benefits for the mind, body, and spirit.
- Monthly Fall Classes explore themes of creative growth through intermodal processing invitations of movement, music, art, drama, and writing/poetry exercises in each session.
